A long history of manufacturing success
Established in 1936, Dalton Manufacturing has evolved into a valuable partner to manufacturing companies across New England. What started as a company making parts for the mannequin industry with manual drill presses and hand cranked machining has evolved into a highly technical CNC shop with a focus on quality, communication and service.
Today Dalton specializes in production and short run machining, with expertise in 4th axis machining of both CNC milled and turned parts. We are proud to be 100% American owned and operated with all components made in our Massachusetts manufacturing facility. Our success is solely due to the hard work, determination and know how of our team members.

Process Engineer
Armed with years of experience and a shop full of CNC and metalworking machines, our Process Engineer will find the most efficient, cost effective way to create your part.
Director of Operations
With a plan in place, our Director of Operations runs the daily operations and ensures that high quality standards are met and products are ready for timely delivery to you, our customer.
Machinist
Our Machinists have 20+ years of experience and a deep understanding of what our equipment can do. If there's an improvement to be made, they'll find it and share with the rest of the team.

In addition to our years of experience and proven track record, we recognize the importance of an independent 3rd party reviewing our operation. In 2020, we upgraded to the ISO 9001:2015 certification, ensuring the correct infrastructure in place for consistent quality components with each and every order.
In addition to our ISO certification, we are currently pursuing our Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) to be fully compliant with the DoD standard as soon as the requirement goes into effect. This is to ensure we are protecting our clients' and Country's intellectual property and trade secrets from bad actors both foreign and domestic.
